Nishita holds an L.L.B. degree from Government Law College, Mumbai, and is currently pursuing her Master of Law from the University of Mumbai. She has been practicing as a litigation lawyer for about two years, with exposure in IPR related litigation disputes, as well as civil and consumer disputes in the various courts of Mumbai. As a part of the litigation team at Praxis Legal, Nishita makes regular appearances in the High Court of Bombay and City Civil Court. She also provides active assistance with the contract and arbitration related work handled by the Firm.
